All apartments are located in walking distance of the Big Market Square, on an attractive location such as a green square, a cosy shopping street that is open on Sundays or at the trendy neigbourhood of “het Eilandje”, looking over the water. Parking spaces can be rented under the building for 100-125 euro/month, except for the Hoogstraat.

Minimum rent is 1 year or longer,  they are furnished in different styles, vintage or with white leather relax seats. Washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron are available; linen and cookingware can be used.

Water, gas, electricity, tv, internet and general costs can be included in an all-in price, based on a normal consumption.

The apartments are ready to use: the wooden floors are renovated, the walls are freshly painted.
